Privacy Policy

1. Scope and Who We Are

Effective date: September 10, 2026
Last updated: September 10, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Dance Levels LLC, doing business as Levels (“Levels,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use our websites, applications, video and curriculum platform, forms, social media experiences, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). This includes dancelevels.app, watch.dancelevels.app, dancelevelsapp.com, our mobile and television applications, and related Levels pages and communications.

Some parts of the Services are provided through third-party platforms. Those providers may process information under their own privacy notices as well as on our behalf. This Policy does not control the independent practices of third-party websites or services that you choose to visit.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with Levels, we may collect:

  • Contact and identity information: name, email address, telephone number, mailing or billing address, account username, social media username, and your role as a dancer, instructor, studio owner, or other visitor.
  • Account and membership information: login and profile information, selected plan, subscription status, curriculum access, content activity, preferences, and support history.
  • Studio and application information: studio name, studio website, location, program needs, application answers, appointment details, and communication or consent selections.
  • Transaction information: products or plans selected, purchase date, billing status, and limited payment-related details. Payment card information is handled by our commerce and payment providers, and we do not receive or store complete card numbers on the Levels WordPress website.
  • Communications: messages, form submissions, support requests, survey responses, social media interactions, and email or SMS preferences.
  • Device and usage information: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, approximate location derived from IP address, referral and exit pages, pages or content viewed, links clicked, timestamps, cookie identifiers, advertising identifiers, and similar technical information.

We collect information directly from you, automatically through the Services, and from platforms or integrations you use to interact with Levels, such as our video platform, forms, social media tools, scheduling services, customer-management systems, analytics providers, and payment processors.

3. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

  • provide, maintain, personalize, and improve the Services;
  • create and administer accounts, memberships, curriculum access, licenses, and applications;
  • process transactions, renewals, cancellations, and related records;
  • provide onboarding, customer service, technical support, and security notices;
  • respond to messages and manage customer relationships;
  • send marketing communications when permitted by law and consistent with your choices;
  • measure website, campaign, and product performance;
  • prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms;
  • comply with legal obligations and protect our rights, users, and business; and
  • support a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information as needed to perform a contract, pursue legitimate business interests, comply with law, protect vital interests, or based on consent. You may withdraw consent for future processing where consent is the applicable basis.

4. Cookies, Analytics and Advertising

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember settings, understand traffic and engagement, attribute campaigns, and measure or deliver advertising.

Our current website and marketing systems may use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, Metricool, and related technologies. These services may receive device, usage, cookie, advertising, and approximate-location information. You can limit cookies through your browser settings and use the privacy or advertising controls offered by Google, Meta, and your device. Blocking some technologies may affect site functionality.

We do not sell personal information for money. Certain analytics or advertising disclosures may be treated as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under some privacy laws. Where those laws apply, you may request to opt out by contacting us at connect@dancelevels.app. We will also honor legally valid opt-out signals where required and technically supported.

5. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose personal information to providers that help us operate the Services, including:

  • WordPress, Elementor, Elementor Hosting, Cloudflare, and website providers;
  • Uscreen, application stores, commerce platforms, and payment processors;
  • HighLevel, Keap, ManyChat, Zapier, Calendly, and customer, automation, scheduling, and integration providers;
  • Google, Meta, Metricool, and analytics or advertising providers;
  • email, SMS, customer-support, security, hosting, and professional-service providers; and
  • Shopify or another commerce provider when a Levels store or product is made available.

We may also disclose information when you direct us to do so, to comply with law or legal process, to protect safety and rights, to investigate fraud or misuse, or as part of a business transaction. Providers are permitted to use information for the services they supply to us and may have separate obligations under their own privacy notices.

6. Email, SMS and Other Communications

We may send transactional communications about accounts, purchases, billing, access, security, support, appointments, or policy changes. Transactional messages are separate from optional marketing communications.

We send marketing email or SMS when you have opted in or when otherwise permitted by law. You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message, reply STOP to eligible marketing texts, adjust available account preferences, or contact connect@dancelevels.app. Opting out of marketing does not prevent necessary transactional or service messages.

7. Retention, Security and International Processing

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing the Services, maintaining transaction and license records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal, tax, accounting, and security obligations. Retention periods vary by record type and provider. When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No website, transmission, or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Levels and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate measures for international transfers. Laws in those locations may differ from the laws where you live.

8. Children and Families

Levels provides dance education content that may be used by minors under the direction of a parent, legal guardian, instructor, or studio. Our accounts, purchases, applications, newsletter forms, and direct marketing experiences are intended for adults and are not designed for children under 13 to use independently.

Children under 13 should not create an account, make a purchase, join a marketing list, submit a form, or send personal information directly to Levels. A parent, guardian, instructor, or authorized studio should manage access for a minor. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information directly to us without appropriate parental authorization, contact connect@dancelevels.app so we can review and delete it as required.

9. Your Privacy Rights and Contact

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; opt out of targeted advertising or certain sharing; or appeal a decision about a privacy request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

To submit a request, contact connect@dancelevels.app and describe the request. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization and identity verification. You may also update certain account information through the account settings provided by the applicable platform.

The Services may link to or embed third-party websites, applications, videos, or tools. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices. We may update this Policy as our Services or legal obligations change. The “Last updated” date will identify the current version, and we will provide additional notice when required.

Questions or concerns about this Policy or Levels’ privacy practices may be sent to connect@dancelevels.app.
